Bala into undergoing unneeded psychiatric treatment at his hospital of birth record by way of court ordered+enforced unneeded medical treatment for a non-existent medical/clinical level mental illness, referred to the hospital of birth record for appointment via the local coroner:(unsolicited), that unneeded medical treatment required by threat of psychiatric hold through paramilitary coercion if appointment missed:(magical+lispy personal profiles of the 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity specially prepared+built using events occurring elsewhere) even when medically determined to be of perfect mental health by court approved+licensed mental health professionals:(those results of normal/perfect mental health supported+endorsed by all family+co-workers+medical personnel personally known to Sohaib I. Bala before/after any 2-D System component claims of Sohaib I. Bala being a supposedly mentally ill/emotionally unstable individual).

2-D System components+extensions in+of 2-D 'Canada' arrested+detained+criminally charged the 'Sohaib I. Bala' 2-D System identity in '2010' thirteen calendar days after sending of an e-mail message successfully received by a public mailbox with information for+about a 2-D System federal Cabinet Minister. Within that message, a comment/complaint protesting treatment experienced by an individual whom attended a local public event at a university:(occasionally attended by Sohaib I. Bala) on behalf of Sohaib I. Bala:(posing as 'Sohaib I. Bala' while using the 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity with permission of Sohaib I. Bala, Sohaib I. Bala communicating with the decoy by earpiece+bluetooth+VoIP while observing from afar, customized '2010' human 2-D technology used) then publicly harassed+intimidated by staff of that 2-D System politician at the event. That e-mail also included information about an authentic video witnessed by Sohaib I. Bala of that politician:(federal Cabinet Minister) engaged in sexual activity with a male-to-female trans-homosexual in 'Europe', that video shown to Sohaib I. Bala personally in Toronto by a genuine officer of the British MI6:(Secret Intelligence Service). After sending that e-mail on 'July 1 2010', on 'July 13 2010' the decoy working on behalf of Sohaib I. Bala was arrested from the primary planetary family residence in 'Canada' of Sohaib I. Bala, criminally charged, then detained for more than 72 hours on the basis of supposed extreme mental illness. For that '2010' process, the same individual:(an intelligence contractor) with a surveillance profile posing for Sohaib I. Bala deployed for that undercover investigation whom attended that public event on behalf of Sohaib I. Bala was sent for arrest+detention in place of Sohaib I. Bala for reasons of personal security due to unpredictable+dangerous+illogical decisions+intentions+acts of those in+of 2-D System components processing/participating in any 2-D System matters related/pertaining to Sohaib I. Through those '2010' arrest processes, the 2-D System in+of 'Canada' falsely applied criminal charges upon the 2-D System 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity instead of initially transporting the 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity by ambulance to be evaluated by a local mental health hospital:(Whitby Shores) as a non-person with supposed mental illness, magically first applying criminal charges upon someone considered mentally ill+arrested with a supposed qualified mental health nurse present, that intentional movement of person preventing evaluation revealing perfect mental health at an initial point:(Whitby Shores) to allow the 2-D System transfer of that case via the court to that particular hospital specifically to root a record of supposed mental health illness/issues at+from the hospital of birth record while inducing unneeded coerced psychotherapy as part of that plan targeting the holy sites, the 2-D System criminally charging, illegally detaining, then later releasing from custody the detained person:(decoy) only after acceptance of strict conditions upon Sohaib I. Bala, which included forced psychiatric treatment though never required, while the 2-D System imposed additional strict bail+charge withdrawal conditions as methods to induce coerced psychotherapy upon a person+identity with no prior arrests/criminal record/warrants/psychiatric history, later medically determined to be of perfect mental health as declared+evaluated prior to that unneeded psychotherapy, then demonstrated+proven through the spans of time.

For their plot, 2-D System components in+of 2-D geographic brand label 'Canada' deceptively actuated targeted+extreme fraud using secondary evidence originating from an investigation targeting those participating in that holocaustic plan against the holy sites:(those same individuals being investigated). That 2-D System plan in total later stopped+exposed by+through+with General Mahdi+team+others, methodologies which included the production+delivery of artistically crafted propaganda documents:(reality-based investigation stimuli with surveillance factors customized matching personality profiles of intended audiences, complete with associated persona+decoys along with a counterfeit biography+fabricated reports generated while still part of an investigation under persona using decoys, many documents draft versions, copyright of sender+recipient, documents produced by multiple persons from a special organizational unit used in+for an undercover investigation), deliveries of propaganda documents willingly invited+accepted by a public office, all documents produced+protected by+with freedom of speech+artistic expression then delivered to a public office in protest to deceptions by organizations under investigation:(during that stopped+exposed plan targeting the holy sites those same organizations twice targeted those personally+locally known over decades to Sohaib I. Bala, once targeting those same local persons using the same turbunned pagan agent sent to frame 18 3-D students in Toronto) those documents accepted at+by 2-D System public offices under guise of invited civic engagement with those being investigated in+for that plan targeting the holy sites, the targets of investigation eventually producing+adding forgeries to those document deliveries.

After continually+repeatedly inviting contact with the 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity then adding/presenting forged documents, those 2-D System public offices deceptively reported unwanted contact to paramilitary organizations while Sohaib I. Bala lived+worked undercover, himself a personal target of those participating in that plan targeting the holy sites, while those organizations acted in collusion with each other to engineer criminal charges for unwanted contact in '2010' targeting the 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity, though no official caution against contact was ever issued, instead initiating official processes coercing psychotherapy after rejecting an official medical report certifying Sohaib I. Bala being of perfect mental health, then continuing legal proceedings, and doing so while the 2-D System illogically also proposed avoiding psychiatric treatment by way of accepting criminal trial:(for a supposed extremely mentally ill person initially detained more than 72 hours for reasons of mental health with a medical report of perfect mental health rejected), the trial option available by application of further false criminal charges for crimes not committed to non-existent individuals possessing real identity documents while subjected to strict conditions by way of false charges already applied for crimes never committed, including to an individual that did not actually exist yet possessed real identity documents, those charges applied to the 'Sohaib I. Bala' identity while Sohaib I. Bala lived+worked undercover investigating the same public services+organizations+institutions+personnel advocating+participating in procedures+processes+proceedings initiated+motivated+maintained against him while that same system also participated in a scheme+plots targeting the holy sites.

The sum of 2-D System deceptions: psychotherapy administered to Sohaib I. Bala though already determined to be of perfect mental health ultimately done so for the intended murder of Sohaib I.
